1. Guaranteed Satisfaction
At Breckmont, we are committed to delivering premium products and a refined customer experience. This policy outlines a structured, transparent, and secure process for returns and exchanges.
2. Request Process (Mandatory Requirements)
To initiate any return or exchange request, the customer must contact us via our website or email at breckmontclub@gmail.com within the applicable timeframe.
All requests must include:
• Order number
• Clear photos of the product
• Photo of the product being worn (when applicable)
• Description of the issue
• Photo of the original packaging
• Photo of the shipping label on the package
⚠️ Requests without all required documentation will not be processed.
3. General Conditions
• Products must be unused and in original condition
• All original packaging, tags, manuals, and protective elements must be included
• Any signs of wear, misuse, or damage caused after delivery will void eligibility
4. Accepted Reasons for Return or Exchange
4.1 Withdrawal / Change of Mind
Requests must be made within 14 calendar days of delivery.
Approval is subject to:
• Full compliance with Section 2 (documentation)
• Product unused and intact
If approved:
• A prepaid return label will be issued
• The label must be used within 7 calendar days
4.2 Manufacturing Defects
Requests must be made within 30 calendar days.
Mandatory:
• Clear photos/videos proving the defect
• Photos of packaging and shipping label
Not covered:
• Damage from misuse
• Improper handling
• Water damage (unless explicitly stated as waterproof)
• Normal wear and tear
4.3 Damaged Product Upon Arrival
Customer must:
• Refuse delivery OR
• Report within 24 hours of delivery
Required:
• Photos/videos of product + packaging + shipping label
⚠️ Failure to report within this timeframe may result in denial.
4.4 Incorrect Product
Requests must be made within 7 calendar days.
Required:
• Full documentation as per Section 2
5. Inspection and Resolution
All returned products will be inspected within 10 business days after arrival.
Breckmont reserves the right to:
• Approve or reject the request based on inspection
• Request additional evidence if necessary
6. Customer Responsibility
Customers are responsible for selecting the correct model, size, and specifications.
⚠️ Returns due to incorrect selection, sizing, or preference are:
• Not guaranteed
• Subject to approval
• May be denied at Breckmont’s discretion
7. Refund Options
7.1 Store Credit
Full approved amount for future purchases.
7.2 Original Payment Method
Processed within 1–2 billing cycles, depending on the provider.
7.3 Bank Transfer
Processed within up to 10 business days.
8. Chargebacks and Disputes
If a chargeback is initiated after confirmed delivery:
• Breckmont reserves the right to require product return before resolution
• All collected evidence (delivery confirmation, photos, documentation) will be used in dispute defense
9. Exceptional Cases
Cases involving:
• Lost shipments
• Out-of-stock replacements
Will be resolved within 5 business days after confirmation.
