Shipping Policy – Breckmont

At Breckmont, we ship across Europe and internationally with a focus on speed, reliability, and transparency.


Processing Time

All orders are processed within 48 business hours.

• Orders placed Monday to Friday are typically processed within the same or next business day
• Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed on the next working day

Once dispatched, all orders include full tracking information.


Delivery Time

Estimated delivery times:

Europe: 5–9 business days
United States: 6–10 business days

These timelines reflect our standard delivery performance for most locations.


Extended Delivery Conditions

In certain situations, delivery times may be extended due to:

• Customs inspections
• Peak seasons (e.g., holidays, high demand periods)
• Adverse weather conditions
• Logistics disruptions beyond our control

Additionally:

• Remote or rural areas (typically 100–150 km from major urban centers such as London or Paris) may experience longer transit times due to limited delivery routes

Order Tracking

All orders include tracking.

• Tracking details are sent by email once the order is dispatched
• Updates may take 2–3 business days to appear in the system


Delays & Liability

Breckmont is not responsible for delays caused by:

• Customs clearance procedures
• Carrier-related issues
• External factors beyond our control

We remain committed to supporting our customers and will assist whenever possible in tracking and resolving delivery issues.

Incorrect Address & Returned Packages

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

If an order cannot be delivered due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer and the package is returned to the sender, the customer will be responsible for the reshipping cost.

• The reshipping fee is determined based on the shipping cost for the destination country and carrier rates at the time of reshipment
• Breckmont covers the cost of the products as a courtesy to the customer
• The customer is responsible only for the cost of resending the order

If the customer chooses not to pay the reshipping fee after the package is returned, the order not be eligible for a full refund, as operational and shipping and products costs have already been incurred.

We strongly recommend reviewing all shipping details carefully before completing the purchase.
